On Saturday March 12th, Chief Sealth High School is bringing the community together to raise money for Robert Pitzer’s liver transplant.

Robert Pitzer was in the Husky Marching Band from 1976 to 1981 and served as the trombone section leader during his time.

Below are some details about the event:

Starts at 5pm
Chief Sealth International High School Performing Arts Center
2600 SW Thistle Street
Seattle, WA 98126

The event will feature a benefit concert and silent auction.

The music for the night will feature many musicians whose lives have been touched by Robert Pitzer. These include:

Jazz Underground

Jazz Underground was started by Robert Pitzer with a group of Alumni from Franklin High School. The name of the band comes from the fact that the rehearsal space inside Franklin High is underground (We are a creative bunch!). Over the years, the band has evolved, as people have come and gone. Now it includes musicians from many other places within the local community, though many of the original members still remain in the group.
