Tameem was in the varsity band from 1996 to 1999, and played the Trumpet. He was section leader in 1998 and 1999 and joined HMBAA the following year in 2000. Tameem joined the board in 2004 in the interest of trying to help promote HMBAA and give back to the organization that has benefited him in countless ways throughout the last 10 years. Currently, Tameem is the programming department manager for Home Technologies Inc. out of Bellevue, Washington and has recently obtained his private pilots licence.
